Refunds / Exchanges

At this time we are not accepting returns or exchanges. 

For NON Pretty in Punq original handmade items ONLY:

If you receive a damaged item, send us a pic to contact@prettyinpunq.com and we will send you a new item or issue a refund.

If you received the wrong item (oopsie) let us know asap and we will fix it.

The items must be unworn and unwashed to receive your refund. 

If you are unhappy with your wait time and it has been more than 3-4 weeks since your purchase date, send us an email to prettyinpunq@gmail.com with your order number and we will make things right. Please read our shipping policy as we only provide refunds for items that are outside of the shipping window.

We are not responsible for return shipping and do not provide return labels. 

For Pretty In Punq original handmade items:

There are NO refunds or exchanges and NO exceptions!
